    1.Function as Department Head in terms of both scientific and business-thought at company level, build and mainteine a high-caliber project team, and communicate and discuss scientifically with clients; 

    2.Develop and coordinate biomarker and companion diagnostic strategies for projects across various disease areas, such as oncology and autoimmune;

3.Lead the development and validation of clinically relevant biomarker assays including pharmacodynamic, predictive, prognostic, safety biomarkers, and so on; 

4.Lead the development and implementation of companion diagnostic strategies, including co-development with in vitro diagnostic partners; 

5.Support and contribute to the generation of IND applications, investigator brochures, clinical protocols and other regulatory documents as needed; 

6.Ensure the efficient execution of the contracted projects and deliver in high quality by the timeline agreed. 

任职资格：

1.PhD in molecular oncology, molecular/cell biology, or other related area.

2.5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology/CRO industry experience in Oncology or other disease areas with experience in biomarker and companion diagnostic development.

3.Ability to drive and influence projects from discovery through early clinical development.

4.In depth experience in the discovery, validation and clinical implementation of innovative biomarkers and companion diagnostics.

5.Excellent leadership, organizational, written and presentation skills working in a matrixed team environment.
