Job Responsibility:

• Assure high quality of produced goods

• Be responsible for keeping the production equipment/tools/production area in good status and keep the routine PM according to schedule.
• 负责保持生产设备/工具/生产区域在良好状态，并按计划进行相应的维护保养
• Work according to production instructions, compliance with production control
• 按生产规定及公司安全生产准则开展工作
• Training new workers according to production instructions (especially Junior Mechanics)
• 培训新员工生产准则及规范
• Creating, controlling and completing production orders In the ERP system
• 在ERP系统中生成，掌握及完成产品订单
• Material consumption and transfer in ERP system.
• 在ERP 系统中，进行相应物料的扣料，转移操作。
• Compliance with and implementing 3Shape Quality Management System
• 遵守并执行3Shape的质量管理体系
• Compliance with safety regulations and 5S system rules
• 遵守安全操作流程和5S规则
• Support Production supervisor to realize production plan
• 支持生产主管实现生产计划。
• The duty to abide by superior’s commands referring to one’s work, if they are not against the law regulations or the job agreement
• 在不违反法律或劳动合同的情况下，有义务服从上级安排的工作任务。

Job Requirements:

• Education: Colleague or above
• 大专或同等以上学历
• Competencies: basic mechanic knowledge
• 基本的 机械 知识
• Overall electrical knowledge
• 基本的电学知识
• Overall IT knowledge（Common Miro software）
• 基本的电脑知识 
• Independent fulfilment of delegated tasks 
• 能够独立完成工作任务 
• Knowledge of foreign languages: CET band 4 or above, basic communication English ability, could read the basic transition code in English version ERP software.
• 语言要求: 英文四级或以上，能够用英语进行口头和书面沟通, 能大体读懂英文界面ERP系统中的常用命令。
•  Work experience: Fresh graduated students with strong learning ability or has related working experience 
• 有较强学习能力的应届毕业生或有相关的工作经验均可
