Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

1.  In charge of all the upstream part purchasing process for our key supplier accounts. I.e. contracting, RFI, annual negotiation preparation, benchmarking. 

2.  In charge of the sourcing of new material and new suppliers as per purchasing and R&D team requirements.

3.  Responsible for the setting up of purchase tools and matrix for buyers use as well assess our suppliers performances (Quality/cost/Delivery) 

4.  Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing. 

5.  Collect and analyze supplier quotations, compare prices with suppliers, negotiate prices, and select suitable partners;

6.  Other tasks assigned by the Company.

Qualifications:

1.  College degree or above, major in purchasing or supply chain

2.  More than 3 years of purchasing sourcing experience, foreign company or furniture industry experience is preferred；

3.  Proficient in supplier development process and inquiry, bargaining, and price verification processes; 

4.  Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, as well as strong business negotiation skills;

5.  Have good English skills, and be proficient in using and operating the corresponding procurement and ERP systems;

6.  Good command of the pack of office: PPT/Word/Excel. Knowledge in VBA would be a plus
