Job Objective:

• Enable the conduct of grinding tests on robot grinding cell to facilitate business conversion of new opportunities including those through new product development projects mainly for SG- APAC Abrasive business.

       为公司磨料磨具业务提供机器人磨削测试的提供支持，促进业务的转化。

Job Responsibilities:

1/ (70%) Operate the robot grinding cell in accordance with the test protocols decided and in alignment with the lead grinding technologist. The person will be accountable for the correctness of data captured and responsible for putting down her/ his inferences regarding the performance of the different products tested. Program the robot for new test methods as needed, guided by the lead engineer.

依据专家的测试方案，严格执行机器人磨削测试。确保测试数据的正确性，并对所测试的不同产品的性能做出合理的分析。在工程师的指导下，依据需求编写新的测试方法。

                         

2/ (15%) Explore new ideas to improve the efficiency of operation of the cell or new ideas that may help in new business generation including those related to digital and automation technologies.

探索提出提高运行机器人测试效率的新方法或者帮助产生新业务的自动化数字化的新方法   

             

3/ (10%) Work individually as well as with the rest of CGTC team on streamlining activities related to smooth operation of the robot- work material and tool management, machine maintenance, SOP and risk assessments.

能够独立运行机器人的相关工作，包括相关材料与工具的管理，机械的维护，SOP撰写和风险评估。  

       

4/ ( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

Job Requirements:

1）Background:

Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Electrical. 机械/制造/生产/机电一体化/机器人技术/电子相关专业；

2）Bachelor above degree . 本科学历以上；

3）To has at least 1 year experience on operating/ maintenance/ application development in organization manufacturing robots or machining robot integrators, or organizations using robot machining units. Ability to read ABB or Fanuc program codes. 有1年以上机器人操作/维护/使用/应用开发的经验。能够阅读代码；

4）certificate of electrical operations is prefer； 有电气证书者优先；

5）Basic English in both written and spoken 基本的英语听说读写能力。
