• 负责仓库的EHS，5S和目视化管理

• Responsible for EHS ,5S，Visual Management in warehouse;

• 年度盘点，循环盘点的安排以及盘点准确率的提升

• Yearly stock-taking and random stocktaking arrangement; improve stock-taking accuracy

• 能自主地进行日常的仓库管理工作。

• Train and coach the warehouse operators,

• 负责仓库人员的培训及日常管理以符合公司的要求。

• Manage the daily work of warehouse autonomously;

• 有很好的持续改善思想，能持续优化改进整个物料流程。

• Has the continuous improvement mindset, Improve the physical material flow and the information flow;

• 根据仓库及工厂的实际操作要求，制定并优化操作流程，以提高工作效率，保持工作的准确性。

• Based on the requirement and reality of KAWX plant, create the SOP and improve the efficiency and enhance the accuracy;

• 保持货物先进先出，维护系统与实物的一致性。

• Respect FIFO, make sure the physical inventory match with the SAP system

• 完成上级交付的其它任务

• Other tasks assigned from his N+1

• 确保系统实时的准确,及时做账，

• Ensure real time stock correctly, Book in and book out timely

• 原材料包装方案的持续优化

• Material packaging continuous improvement

• 国内运输操作及运费控制

岗位要求：

 College/ University degree,

3 years warehouse management experience, especially the warehouse.

English :Ability to communicate in both oral & written

Logical thinking and skillful communication
