Main responsibilities：

  

1. Manage following types of projects

-new product implementations

-product improvement processes

-production transfers 

-in-sources of production from suppliers

-re-sources of production to other suppliers

 

2. Conduct and implement all project activities defined in the Company project management system with support of a project team, including: planning, monitoring controlling, communication, organizing and leading frequent project meetings, reporting  

3. Achieve cost, quality and timing targets of the project 

4. Lead, supervise and motivate team members, managing actively conflicts and seeking

solutions to ensure good team work

5. Cooperate with functional departments in China and other Company locations

6. Communicate directly with customers to coordinate projects

7. Support Sales Department in gathering information to prepare offers for customers

  

Requirements.

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in automotive business, including minimum 3 years in project management

  2. Min Bachelor degree, major in engineering will be a plus

  3. Fluency in English and Chinese , Japanese is a plus

  4. Expertise in Ms Office and MS Project software

  5. Proficiency in project management, with high analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to organize and prioritize tasks, make appropriate decisions, and be comfortable in a setting where schedules and priorities change from time to time

  6. Strong personality to drive actively projects and achieve targets

  7. Advanced leadership capabilities and ability to work with all levels of organization

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations

  9. Brilliant problem solving skills, with the ability to find ways to work under pressure and make deadlines

  10. Ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers, who may occasionally be difficult to deal with

  11. Competence in automotive standards such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DV, Pv, etc

  12. Basic understanding of accounting and finance principals
