2.工作职责

2.1 新产品试制的参与，限度样品制作、管理。

2.2 负责PPAP资料制作。

2.3 作业类文件制定、修订等（检验作业指导书/包装操作规范）

2.4 顾客投诉沟通处理，8D报告提交回复。

2.5 内部文件管理（客户提供文件、图纸、作业类文件、电子版记录等）。

2.6 辅助制具定期内校。

2.7 参与内部审核、产品审核及过程审核等相关审核工作

2.8 参与品质异常改善

3.职位要求： 

3.1 大专及以上学历，有3年以上QE相关工作经验

3.2 熟练掌握五大工具

3.3 熟悉客户投诉处理流程及8D回复

3.4 熟悉质量体系IATF及ISO

3.5 英语读写水平

The company locates at periphery of Songjiang industrial estate in Shanghai and the factory occupies and areas of about 3100 square meters. It’s surrounded by Hu Hang expressway, Hu Song highway etc., it’s fast to join other loop-lines and many main arterial highways of traffic rapidly. The traffic is very convenient.

The factory produce accurate hot runners mould and all kinds of mould test products and plastic products. We possess several complete sets of finish machining equipment such as professional CAD, CAM assistant CNC design center, NC machines. We also can exploit new products according to client’s samples and pictures.
