Responsibility:

- Design and perform research to advance cancer immunotherapy drug discovery programs. Provide hands-on experimental support.

- Establish and run antibody display libraries.

- Stay abreast of latest scientific and technology advancements in the field.

- Attend team meetings and deliver clear and well prepared presentations. Be an active participant in discussions. 

-Ability to grow into a manager role and supervise junior research associates

- Contribute to a culture that embraces continuous learning and development of technical skill base and disease biology expertise.

Qualifications: 

- PhD with 6+ years training in phage display and/or yeast display. 

- Broad knowledge of antibody generation and screening.

- Extensive hands on experience in library design and construction.

- Proficiency in molecular cloning and protein science technologies. 

-Experience with hybridoma and/or single B cell technology a plus.

- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of software tools to support data analysis tasks

(e.g., Prism, FlowJo)

- Track record of publications and innovation. Ability to design and deliver novel solutions to challenging problems. Possess a pro-active attitude and strong desire to discover novel biology and potential new drugs

- Strong oral presentation and communication skills
