Major Duties and Responsibilities:
? Independently performs scientific experiments with a predefined goal including developing new methodologies, protocols and or test procedures that contribute to research goals
? Conduct in vitro assays to interrogate biological processes and test novel therapeutics for activity against key signaling mechanisms
? Perform cell culture with iPSC and primary human lung cells and establish endpoints relevant to chronic lung diseases
? Skilled in critical evaluation of the scientific literature in the field of inflammatory and respiratory diseases.
? Publish original observations in top tier peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
? Provide coaching, development, and performance management to employees in the inflammation department

Requirements/Qualifications:
?Ph.D. in Immunology or a related field with a minimum of 5 or more years of postdoctoral and/or industrial experience of academic or industrial experience
? Demonstrated accomplishments with first authored high-quality publications in the field of immunology/cell biology/signaling transduction.
? experience with iPSC and/or primary respiratory cell culture
? Strong Respiratory epithelial biology and diseases （Asthma, COPD, Allergy etc）knowledge.
? Experience in a range of laboratory techniques including flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy ELISA, qPCR and Western blotting
? A keen scientific interest, strong written and oral communication skills, and the desire to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

高级研发科学家/副总监-呼吸/免疫
岗位职责：

任职资格和要求：
?具有免疫学或相关的博士学位，具有5年以上相关研究/博士后经验，具有学术或工业界的转化免疫学的研发背景的优先
?拥有在同行评审期刊以***作者发表的独立研究成果的记录者优先
?具有iPSC和/或原发性呼吸道细胞培养的经验
? 具有丰富的呼吸道上皮生物学和呼吸相关疾病（哮喘，慢性肺阻，过敏等）的知识
?具有一系列实验室技术方面的经验，包括流式细胞仪，荧光显微镜ELISA，qPCR和Western blotting
?强烈的科学兴趣，较强的书面和口头交流能力以及渴望在快速，协作的环境中有效工作的愿望。
