1. Reports to: Lab Manager 向实验室经理汇报

2. Qualification: 任职资格：

l Bachelor degree of electronic engineering or Mechatronics engineering; 电子工程或机电工程专业本科毕业；

l Over 2 years work experience on home appliance failure analysis in electrical industry; 至少2年在电子行业从事过小家电机失效分析的工作经验；

l Being familiar with kinds of electrical component’s property, having good skill for circuit analysis, 对各种电子元器件特性功能熟悉，具有良好的电路分析能力；

= Being proficient in using general tools and test equipment for electrical products failure analysis; 熟练掌握电子产品失效分析的常用工具和实验设备；

= Having strong analytic thinking manner and logical mindset; 具有较强的分析思维习惯和逻辑思考能力；

= Being proactive, willing to take challenge, and being self-motivated; 积极主动，愿意接受挑战，并能自我激励；

l Being conscientious, fast reacting, problem solving based thinking, and be willing to help others; 做事仔细认真，快速行动，善于思考解决问题，乐于帮助他人。

= Good reading, writing in English for technical files; 对于技术资料具有良好的英文读写能力；

= Being capable to instruct lab technician team; 具有指导实验室技术员的能力；

= Being familiar with office software as basic requirement, being good at ProE, Altium, test software e.g. Labview is preferable; 基本要求掌握办公软件，如果熟练设计软件ProE, Altium, 测试软件Labview更优；

3. Responsibilities: 职责

= To establish an electrical products failure analysis process, and continuously optimize it, standardize the working breakdown structure, to enhance professionality and working efficiency; 创建以及持续优化电子产品失效模式分析的流程，对工作分解结构进行标准化，以提高专业化程度以及工作效率；

= Taking charge of analysis, statistics and report for defective products functional failure from production/packaging and customer return products, to improve the product design performance and manufacturing quality; 负责对生产及包装中所发现的功能不良，客户退货的功能不良品进行实验室分析，统计以及报告，用于产品设计及制造的不断改进；

= To enhance Lab testing efficiency and competence, design and develop automatic testing device, fixture and method; 对新产品进行P-FMEA过程失效模式分析，建立包括工具、方法的分析计划。

= To provide training to lab inspector for test equipment and product test method, leading Lab technicians to implement product failure analysis and root cause investigation; 给实验室技术员提供电子产品失效模式分析方法的培训，带领实验室技术员高效实施失效产品的分析，根本原因的调查；

= To maintain the product failure mode database, carry out the big data analysis for root cause to failure mode, to organize and drive ENG, PD, IE, Quality etc. related departments to continuously improve product quality and design; 维护产品失效分析的数据库，对各产品失效的根本原因进行大数据分析，组织并推动工程、生产、工艺、质量等相关部门进行产品质量和设计的不断提高及改进；

= To test and validate the effectiveness of corrective or improvement action; 对于纠正或改进方案的有效性进行测试验证；

= To support related Lab equipment calibration, maintenance, 5S activity; 支持实验室的相关设备的校准、维护保养、5S工作；

l Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 上级分配的其他任务。
