Responsibilities:职责

1. Responsible for dealing with the after-sales maintenance of ROTAREX Group products (Firetec products, EV products, etc.), and training the customers when necessary.

负责处理罗达总部产品（消防产品、EV产品等）的售后维护；必要时，给客户进行产品培训；

2. If necessary, define customer complaints at customer site and give temporary solutions.

必要时，在客户现场界定客诉问题，给出临时解决方案；

3. Responsible for communicating with customers and foreign technical engineers, handling customer complaints in time; Issuing technical analysis reports in the prescribed time, and putting forward solutions to satisfy customers.

负责和客户、国外技术工程师进行沟通，及时处理客户投诉；在规定的时间内，出具技术分析报告，并提出让客户满意的解决方案；

4. Summary of Customer Service cases in time; Report to department manager and related foreign technical engineer.

及时进行售后案例总结，并汇报给部门经理和国外相关技术工程师；

5. Perform other duties as required;

按要求执行其他任务。

Requirements: 要求

1. Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering;

机械/冶金/制造工程专业本科以上学历；

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry; （And at least 1 years of after-sale work experience）

至少3年制造业工作经验。（并且至少满1年的售后工作经验）；

3. Familiar with Firetec products, including fixed pipe network, fire detection products, relevant product experience is preferred.

熟悉消防产品，包括固定管网、火探产品，有相关产品经验者优先；

4. Familiar with valve, Panel, Pressure Reducing regulator, high purity piping components, etc. Experience in above products is preferred

熟悉阀门，汇流排，减压器，高纯管道元器件等产品，有相关产品经验者优先；

5. Adapt to business travel;

适应出差工作；

6. Good command of English (written/oral). Proficient in face-to-face communication or telephone communication with foreign engineers.

良好的英语（书面/口头）能力。可以熟练地和国外工程师面对面沟通或电话沟通。
