职位描述
· Assists to provide professional consultancy in rooms and F&B catering activities to clients upon requests, which includes menu’s recommendation for banquet. Arrange the pre/post convention meeting to enhance the internal communication to meet the needs of customers. 根据客户要求提供专业的客房以及餐饮销售计划的建议,其中包括准备宴会邀请信,提前准备安排会议更好获悉顾客需求
· Assists in closely follow up on every request from the meeting planer/organizer to ensure the meeting running smoothly. Ensure the client’s database are updated and send out all F&B promotional activities to the potential clients if any, e.g. all hotel F&B events and activities such as Wedding Banquet, Christmas & New Year Party etc.
遵照会议计划/组织者的各项要求以便会议顺利进行。确保同步更新顾客数据库并即时向潜在客户宣传例如相关婚宴、新年宴会餐饮等促销计划
· Assists to prepare the post event questionnaire to meeting organizer’s in the end of function to seek for the feedback whether they are satisfied with the hotel service.
在活动结束之后向会议组织者准备活动调查问卷以便了解顾客是否满意酒店方案
· Pay regular visit to the potential MICE clienteles to enhance the business relationship to attain great support in driving highest MICE revenue as possible.
定期拜访并维系与潜在会议市场客户的关系,追求会议市场的***收益
· Work Closely with Revenue Manager/FO with fully understand all Room types and rates to seek for driving highest return in MICE market. 通过收益经理/前厅充分了解酒店客房类型和价格,获取更大会议市场
· Work closely with all outlet head chefs in providing professional menu’s recommendation to clients in needs.

· Handling guests’ complaints and solicit the support from departments to resolve problem in timely manner.

· Supervise all Catering Executives to ensure all F&B Catering business not to contradict with the utilization of MICE market in order to drive higher return for hotel.

· Join the Weekly Sales Meeting and report the status of MICE business vs. Budget.
参加每周销售例会,并向回报会展业务现状及预算
· Assist in preparing the the yearly Catering/Meeting Budget with the help of Revenue Manager

· Consistently train the catering executives to enhance the knowledge and skills that in delivering higher guest expectation持续培养宴会行政人员以提高相关知识和能力应对客人更高期望
· Join the S&M Sales Blitz while launch. 参与销售经理销售广告战
· Produces the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Sales and Marketing Budgets and forecasts

· Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved

· Directs all sales activities for Sales Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan
