Role & Responsibility
1. INTERNAL, DISTRIBUTOR & RETAILER TRAINING
As beer-savvy representatives of the spirit of Guinness, a critical role the ambassadors will fill is in consistent training for distributor and key retailer sales forces about the products and Guinness. The aim is simple: that everyone who sells Guinness has the knowledge to exceed their targets by selling the perfect pint.
2. TRACKING & MONITORING OF THE PERFECT PINT
Quality is king for Guinness Draught. On top of training, it is also important to consistently track and monitor the serve quality of Guinness Draught at outlets. Ensuring what consumers enjoys at theses outlets are the Perfect pints that we’d hope for. When technical issue is spotted for taps, find the quickest way to resolve it: whether it is on the ground quick solves, or be the contact window for involving technical team.
3. THE FACE OF GUINNESS DRAUGHT QUALITY
Hit the ground and pay ad hoc visits to outlets, be the friend of outlets (first year focusing on Shanghai Outlets). Understand the common barriers and resolve for serving the perfect pint at outlets. Enforcing the standard and making sure an average consumer will be able to enjoy a perfect pint any time, any where.
4. Brand activations awareness
Occasionally the brand ambassadors will be required to make appearances on behalf of the brand, whether it is brand activities or at the Guinness Gatehouse. The ambassadors will not be day-to-day promotion models, but when and where circumstances call for a super-sampler who can address large groups or provide a level of theater or knowledge at a well-organized event that will ensure the ambassador’s presence provides needed impact.
Requirement:
Beer enthusiast, equip sufficient beer knowledge
Time management in planning travel
Excellent speaking skills, strong communication skills in Chinese and English
Strong execution ability, quick learning ability and adaptability
Have basic office software skills
Professional positive personal image, on behalf of the company to actively spread the positive image of the brand
Good professional habits, highly accountable and self driven
Able to travel based on business request outlets (first year focusing on Shanghai Outlets)
