MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Achieve business targets via high quality support to accounts

? Develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts to promote T&L capabilities and implement key business initiatives.

? Secure existing business and attack new opportunities 

? To assist in the FBS business development and implement of business plan for South China to achieve annual sales contribution margin target.

? Work with Sales Manager of South China to formulate  customer business plans   

? Coordinate sales activity with Technical service to identify business opportunities in the focused categories which are Beverages, Dairy and Healthy Food

? Work with Product Manager and Marketing Manager to customize Go 2 Market presentation materials for China market

? Coordinate with Technical Service and Applications to drive agreed business projects be progressed.

? Establish and maintain good relationship with the existing and new customers

? Provide competitors business, market trends & business potential on customer base

? Complete reports and business requirement in a timely manner

? Expand into South China Customers and Markets.

? To solve customer problem locally 

? May assist in other areas or perform duties as required 

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS  

? Bachelor degree in food science or related technical industry

? Min 5 years of sales experience in food ingredient companies.

? Technical background is preferred.

? Currently effectively selling food ingredients to the major beverage, Bakery/Snack/SSD or culinary manufacturing companies,  experienced and knowledge on selling sweetener and texturant are added advantages

? Experience at value added selling and have marketing common sense and knowledge

? Proactive self- starter and good team player

? Able to travel domestically 

? Trained in basic EHS knowledge

? Able to analyse gaps and propose solutions
