职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Managing and coordinating all key aspects in the producer-distributor customer chain, taking into account product portfolio, marketing activities, pricing policy and communication in orde to achieve business goals.
? Creating complex plans for extending product categories and offer suitable for subordinate market.
? Cooperation with Barlinek Management Board in settling business goals (monthly, quarterly and annualy) for subordinate market.
? Market monitoring (trends, competition activities) and seeking for new sales opportunities.
? Conducting trainings for business partners and current support in sales development.
? Creating and fulfilling motivational systems.
? Responsibility for creating and implementing budget cost.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years direct sales of engineered flooring.
? Existing relationships with flooring distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
? Clean driving record.
? Negotiation skills and ability to build long term business relation.
? Preferably Master/Bachelors degree or Engineering studies.
? Fluent Chinese and English at B2 level minimum.
