PRIMARY FUNCTION  

Be the Travel Retail primary contact person working alongside with China Affiliate Labeling Department for all customer related regulatory matters, including labeling for travel retail products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Release label layout to Lachen Distribution Centre after confirmation with customers.

2. Attend monthly support function meetings.

3. Redesign Travel Retail labels for all China Affiliate new products.

4. Coordinate the Travel Retail Hainan assortment with travel retail regional team.

5. Design labels for ;

   1. Products for which Travel Retail carries a different size

   2. Travel Retail exclusive sets which components already have a HP permit for single products

6. Maintain and extend China Affiliate master file for Travel Retail.

7. Manage customer inventory in case of HP expiration.

8. Attend training from China Affiliate in regards to regulatory compliance & standard operating procedures

9. Document Travel Retail internal work procedures.

10. Ensure all assortments (including Hainan) is HP compliant.

                        

REQUIREMENTS 

University education.

  

Strong communication skills, proficient in English & Mandarin.

  

Fast learner, self-motivated & attention to details.

  

PC literate & good working knowledge in computer applications software.

  

Experience in customs & import regulations preferred.
