1. Responsible for communicating with marketing about brand project requirements and providing coordination and support for internal operations.

负责与市场部沟通品牌项目要求，并对内部运营工作提供协调和支持；

2. Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of various media, apps, Kols, suppliers and partners.负责与各种媒体、APP、KOL、供应商和合作伙伴的拓展、维护和管理；

3. Be able to provide media resources according to the internal /external needs, carry out purchasing work, complete ordering, contract and payment procedures, regularly summarize and analyze media work progress, constantly summarize and improve strategies, and implement KPI.

能够根据传播需求匹配应对媒体资源，落实采买工作，完成下单、合同、付款看流程等，定期汇总分析媒体工作进展，不断总结和改进策略，并落实KPI

4. Responsible for coordinating the execution and implementation of various marketing activities.

负责协调营销人员进行各类营销活动的执行和实施；

5. Assist in processing before and after sales, solve the complaints and bad evaluation, stores operating and promotion data collection, analysis and optimization.

协助处理售前、售后业务，解决投诉及不良评价，对店铺运营及推广数据进行收集、整理分析、优化

岗位要求：

1. Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of eCommerce and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning. 

2. Demonstrate basic knowledge in ecommerce principles and practices.

3. Demonstrate a working understanding of the company's products, services, marketing campaigns, etc.

4. Proven experience in ecommerce clients managements.

5. Proven excellent communication skills. 

6. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

7. Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

8. Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies or a related discipline.

9. Minimum two to three years' experience in similar role.
