Efficiently sourcing goods and services from any country that can manufacture the goods or provide the service requested by the buyer, getting the best products and services at the best value, it may include:

1. Evaluation of the supplier’s company profile;

2. Evaluation of what is currently available in the supply market;

3. A review of the cost benefit analysis of using other suppliers for comparative table;

4. Negotiations with potential vendors to ensure that they meet the new procurement requests and cost benefit analysis;

5. Visit suppliers for commercial and other supply chain related issues;

6. Negotiate and execute purchase orders as needed to support the critical business needs.

7. Manages activities that develop relationships with suppliers.

5。对工厂进行评估，已保证供应商有能力生产的买方所需商品;

6。谈判和制定采购订单，提供相关的业务支持需求。

7。管理活动，发展与供应商的关系。
