Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1.Support design development needs on new and existing products (design improvements) including design and improvements of supporting equipment, jigs and fixtures;

   支持新产品和老产品设计开发，包括所需的治具，夹具和支持设备；

2.Assist in research and lab tests related to research and development of new materials, testing equipment, jigs and test procedures;

   协助有关新材料，测试设备和测试程序的研发和实验室测试；

3.Assist in 8D analysis and training;

   协助8D 分析和培训；

4.Engineering project track and Management;

   工程项目跟踪和管理；

5.Provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products;

   为产品研发及制造工艺提供高效的解决方案；

6.Producing details of new product specifications;

   建立详细的新产品规格；

7.Designing and implementing cost-effective and quality improvement modifications;

   设计并执行成本效益，并确保提高质量；

8.Discussing and solving complex problems with production and suppliers;

   与生产及供应商讨论并解决复杂问题；

9.Other tasks assigned by manager.

         上级分派的其他任务。

Qualification

 任职资格

       

        1.College degree or above, major in mechanism design, mold related prefer. Extensive hands on design experience.

专科或以上学历，机械设计类专业，模具类专业优先。丰富的实际设计经验.

        2.2+ products new product design experience, has knowledge with injection plastic, silicone rubber, DC micro motor; familiar with the molds of injection/ silicone/ RTV silicone

至少2年以上产品开发经验，具备注塑、硅胶、直流微型马达类产品知识，熟悉注塑/ 硅胶/ RTV硅胶模具

        3.Familiar with Solidworks or other 3D software，good at surface modelling

熟悉Solidworks 或其它三维设计软件，擅长曲面建模

        4.8D related training preferred；

           接受过8D 相关培训者佳；

        5.Creative, initiative self-motivated and team player；

           具备创新思维、自动自发、良好的团队精神。
