Key Responsibilities

1. Operate official overseas social media accounts, including but not limited to popular social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Responsible for routine monitoring;

运营海外社交媒体官方账号，包括但不限于Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest等热门社交媒体，做好日常监测及聆听工作;

2. Establish a brand digital strategy that is in line with brand strategy and long-term and short-term goals;

建立符合品牌战略和长短期目标的品牌数字化战略；

3. Responsible for product copywriting /Blog /Newsletter, copywriting related to brand promotion, including but not limited to product manual, poster, video copywriting, PR press release, social media tweets, advertising copywriting, etc;

负责产品文案/Blog博客/Newsletter，与品牌宣传相关的文案撰写，包括但不限于产品手册、海报、视频文案、PR通稿、社交媒体推文、广告文案等;

4. Set up an interactive mechanism according to the demand, so as to increase the followers of official accounts and increase the stickiness of fans;

根据需求，搭建互动机制，使官方账号的粉丝实现增长并增加粉丝粘度;

5. Release online activities on social media according to the needs and in coordination with important nodes to improve user interaction and attract traffic for activities in other channels of the company;

根据需求，配合重要节点，在社媒上发布线上活动，提高用户互动的同时，为公司其他渠道的活动引入流量;

6. Develop vertical KOL/ celebrity resources and promote cooperation, expand overseas promotion channels, and help the brand to increase its overseas reputation;

开发垂直领域KOL/红人资源并促进合作，拓展海外各推广渠道，帮助品牌增长海外声望；

7. Manage content operation, precision marketing and social user data management;

管理内容运营、精准营销及社交用户数据管理；

8. Analyze various data and investigate the market, make relative recommendations;

分析各类数据并调查市场，做出相关建议；

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, CET6 or above, (do not apply if you are not fluent in oral and written English);

大学本科及以上学历，英语六级以上，(英语读说听写不流利者勿投递）；

2. At least 3 years of overseas social media operation experience, working experience in overseas social media department in an advertising agency or digital marketing company is preferred;

3年以上海外社交媒体运营经验，具备广告公司或数字营销公司中海外社交媒体部门工作经验优先；

3. Rich experience in digital media, social media and KOL resource management;

丰富的数字媒体、社交媒体、KOL资源管理经验；

4. Understand social media platforms, emerging online media trends and user habits;

了解社交媒体平台、新兴的线上媒体趋势及用户习惯；

5. Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, have strong market perception ability；

对数字营销工作有深刻认知，有较强的市场感知能力；

6. Understand European and American cultures and have the ability to disseminate cultural hotspots, combining platform business with popular products;

了解欧美文化并有能力就文化热点结合平台业务与爆款产品制作文案进行传播；

7. Excellent communication, organization and time management skills, excellent independent thinking ability, strong executive ability;

优秀的沟通、组织和时间管理能力，有出色的独立思考能力，执行力强；

8. Have strong marketing planning ability, have rich experience in brand building and promotion；
