Senior Manager,Software Engineering

Job Overview:

Coupang catalog supports multi million items from hurderends of thousands of Sellers and Suppliers. The catalog gets updated for millions of transcations every day in a realtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable systems that will have a direct impact on customer experience, conversion and retention

开发可扩展的假货检测处理系统，以提升用户的体验，增加用户交易和留存。

• Experience in. building and developing large engineering and product management teams.

具有建立和发展大型工程和产品管理团队的经验.

• Design and implement the operation system for counterfeits detection and maintenance online system, including deployment and daily maintenance, and work for the product data processing system

设计和实施用于假冒伪劣检测和维护在线系统的操作系统，包括部署和日常维护，以及用于产品数据处理系统的工作

• Take initiative on continuous improvement to the efficiency, flexibility and expandability of the platform and system

• Owns the fucntionality with product owners, data scientists, operator pro-actively and take initiatives for problem solving

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

计算机相关专业本科及以上学历

• 10+ years of professional software development and management experience

超过10年的专业软件开发和管理经验

• Project experience in data processing/analysis platform and system development, with broad knowledge on the technologies of backend engineering, cloud service, Hadoop/Spark ecosystem etc. is a big plus

具备数据处理和分析平台系统项目开发经验, 有广泛的后端，云服务，Hadoop/Spark生态的技术知识者优先

• Comfortable working in an agile fast paced environment, and ability of problem solving and quick learning

能适应快节奏的敏捷开发工作环境，具备解决问题和快速学习的能力

• Experience with Artificial intelligence and machine learning project is a plus
