Major Responsibilities and
Duties 主要职责和任务
:

Develop and execute studies on the development of biologic products for the treatment of autoimmune diseases or cancer using in vitro and ex vivo human immunology experimental systems. Design and conduct in vitro assays and in vivo studies to explore the potential clinical biomarkers and indication selection for company’s assets. Perform in vitro and in vivo studies to support the IND data package preparation of the specific projects. Develop new ideas, concepts and approaches for project workflow. Dynamic engagement in exploratory or supporting work for business development/project due diligence. Active collaborate with cross-functional project teams to promote the project milestone achieved. Qualifications 资格要求: PhD/MS degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. immunology, inflammation, cancer immunology, oncology) Hands-on-experiences in in vitro and ex vivo immunology assays, including but not limited to utilization of isolated primary human immune cell assays, tumor cell culture, human PBMC assays. Has good understanding and application of technical principles, theories, concepts and techniques related to immunological processes Hands-on skills in the culture of human tumor cells and immune cells and relevant immune-phenotyping measurement Good public speaking and presentation skills
