公司介绍和职位要求：

奥仁斯商务信息咨询（上海）有限公司是一家法资广告公司，2014年成立，由一支具有创造力、活力和才能的年轻团队组成。

要在Ores Group发挥创意，设计师需要了解客户的问题以及代理商的应对策略， 为了能够向客户团队解释您的想法， 了解反馈并从中获取收益， 知道品牌和品牌的市场、DNA和竞争对手， 以便能够与客户和产品小组进行团队合作，思维开阔，而不是仅仅停留在创意方面， 但总的来说，设计师需要制作出使代理商和客户感到自豪和满意的作品，要求可以在压力下工作。

技能要求：

精通平面设计

软件要求

 -精通Adobe系列： Photoshop，Illustrator，InDesign，

.富有创造力 -创意，热情，兴趣，...

-在平面设计，广告和其他创意领域具有良好的知识和兴趣

-在简短的时间内提出新想法的能力

-创造性地解决问题的能力

To be creative at Ores Group you need ,

to understand a client’s problematic and the agency’s strategies to respond to it,

to be able to explain your ideas to the account team ,

to understand feedbacks and make the best from them,

to know the brands , their universes , their DNA and their competitors ,

to be able to teamwork with the account’s and production’s team and think “bigger” rather than only think creation,

yet overall, you need to produce creations that make them, the agency and the clients proud and pleased , even if it may imply patience and dedication .
