IT帮助台工作描述：

    

    

    

1.通过电话、聊天或电子邮件\审查，亲自响应技术援助请求，识别、诊断和解决技术硬件和软件问题，向外部开发者提出技术诊断、故障排除或支持，并向管理层报告，

    

    

2.管理、管理和跟踪ERP系统的日常IT运行和升级，必要时查询所需的应用程序。

    

    

3、负责公司服务器的管理、监控、管理和维护，网络安全和防火墙配置，日常维护、监控。

    

    

4.应用系统、CRM绩效分析IT关键指标的提出与分析。并进行报表汇总，提高系统运行效率。

    

    

5.协调各部门做好公司IT设备的配置和管理工作。根据IT维护计划进行维护。

    

    

6、配合销售、市场、设计部门在ERP系统、社交媒体、网站等方面进行产品投放。

    

    

7.制定培训协议，根据IT规范和协议，就适当的行动计划向用户提供建议和培训，遵循标准的服务台程序

    

    

8.处理系统异常故障，保证业务连续性。

    

    

9.跟踪ERP系统的日常维护和升级，协助新订单的开发，必要时查询所需的应用程序。

    

    

10.主要重复性问题的排查、分析、讨论和报告。

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

岗位要求：

    

    

?IT科学、计算机科学、信息学、系统管理或类似专业的学士学位或技术文凭优先。欢迎应届毕业生或三年以上工作经验者申请。

    

    

?要求：要求在日常工作中进行熟练的商务英语沟通，最终成为国际支持助理。排除因素：最低（CET-6）、雅思、托福或类似成绩。

    

    

?了解GitHub的基本原理、服务器管理或具有良好的自学能力。

    

    

?有以下领域工作经验者优先考虑：

    

    

1操作ERP系统、网络安全、服务器管理、网络管理等相关软件、硬件和其他设备的基本操作，

    

    

2具有研究、分析和解释自动化系统问题的经验，具有综合、方法论思维和有组织的解决问题的方法，
