This is a junior GL accountant position required by our client who is a famouse retail company located near Zhongshan Park. The person should be responsible for  AR/AP booking related with interCo transactions and perform as accountant for one or more legal companies and over 100 branches. Detail Function as below:

FUNCTIONS:

1.   InterCompany:

-      weekly AR/AP settlement, sales and purchase and etc;

-      VAT and Customs tax booking;

-      Cargo purchase booking and communication with suppliers for fapiao issues, etc;

-      Closing tasks: issue and book recharge invoices, balance and transaction reconciliation

2.   Compliance tasks: voucher filing and etc;

3.   Assist in audit process, both internal and external. 

REQUIREMENTS

    

1.    2-3 years’ AR/AP/interCo experience, Retail or trading company experience is a plus;

    

2.    Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or other relevant subjects. Certificates of Accounting Profession is a plus;

3.    Fluency in Mandarin and English, CET 6;

3.    Strong problem solving and business analysis skills, attention to details;

4.    Initiative and quick response, able to work under pressure;

5.    Integrity and stability.

6.    Strong sense of responsibility and earnest attitude in work;

7.    Advanced PC skill (especially in Excel)
