Job Description:

1. Maintain SAP SD model data upload correctly, covering demand, SO, DN and master data maintaining

2. Customer one of main contact windows for PO, delivery, complaint and specific requirement

3. PO / Demand receive and commitment to customer and/or region sales

4. According to customer requirement to plan and deliver Goods on time based on mutual agreed delivery schedule

5. Quotation for expediting delivery extra cost to sales or customer

6. Handling RMA GR and GD procedure, counting in SAP

7.Handling product PO, delivery and invoice, covering prototype sample to LTB delivery and related booking and documentation

8. Make sure all of delivery is accepted by customer to make sure AR availability

9. Trace late payment and inform sales the reasons and related document for further action

10. Customer satisfaction collection by quarter

11. Demand management by waterfall analysis and delivery adjustment frequency

12.Risk management by binding FCST, PO and contract against customer payment, delivery requirement, order behaviour and demand fluctuation

13. Support any audit for sales dept by OTD data, customer satisfaction, sales dept related procedures and PO fulfilment

14.Regular update customer website and/or EDI about vendor information, covering delivery commitment, ASN, invoice upload and price update.

15. Provide data to sales for customer QBR or business review

16.Regular order review meeting with sales and/or customer, especially for those customers released LOA for buffer stock / safety stock

17. Support sales for customer paid rework quotation

18. Support customer after-market requirement for raw material purchase

Job Requirement:

1. Experiences on customer service and planning of delivery

2. Skills on communication, data collection and consolidation

3. SAP operation on SD module and feedback situation of PO status to customer time to time

4.? Data analysis skill for decision making

5.? Negotiation skill for convincing customer and factory comply with each other

6.? Good English capabilities
