职责描述：

  

 

  

1. 根据公司财务制度，对公司日常收款进行账务处理

  

3rd party and intercompany receivable posting in accordance with corporate guidance

  

 

  

1. AR模块数据整理、维护，对客户收款进行定期跟踪分析

  

Full responsibility for AR module incl. customer master maintenance/ receivable track etc.

  

 

  

1. AR月度、季度、年度结账（包括不限于应收结账、收入预提等）

  

AR Monthly\quarterly\annual closing (incl.AR/accruals/ etc.)

  

 

  

1. 定期确认销售收款，核对销售收入并开具、认证增值税发票

  

Daily recognition on sales income and verify service fee invoices. Then issue VAT invoice to customer. And certify input VAT.

  

 

  

1. 财务相关项目跟进

  

Involved in process improvement projects with proactive follow-up

  

 

  

1. 负责配合年度审计、完成年检等工作

  

Assist internal/external audit

  

 

  

1. 完成领导交办的其他工作

  

Ad-hoc tasks requested by leader

  

 

  

职位要求:

  

 

  

1. 全日制大学专科及以上学历，会计相关专业

  

 Bachelor or above with major in accounting or relevant

  

 

  

1. 具有会计任职资格证书，有跨国公司会计工作3-5 years经验优先

  

Accounting certificate holder; 3~5 years experience working in multinational company preferred

  

 

  

1. 熟悉使用office软件，有ERP,DAX软件经验者优先

  

Familiar with office(Excel), experience in ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX preferred

  

 

  

1. 仔细，有责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队协作

  

Carefulness, sense of responsibilities, good communication skills, team player
