Responsibilities

● Responsible for the suppliers’ invoice & payment processing and employee T&E reimbursement.

● Checking supplier’s master data based on purchasing contract/order, maintain the master data in ERP system.

● Validate and book AP invoices and expense reimbursements

● clear payments, GRNI, AP,

● Submit payment requests and assist to prepare cashflow forecast and funds request

● Work closely with team members to respect monthly closing deadline

● Prepare monthly reconciliation for B/S accounts and required AP reports

● Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually.

● Bind and archive accounting vouchers and related reports

  

Qualifications

● Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● College degree or above in Finance/Accounting related

● Trading company accounting experience or bonded warehouse accounting experience is a plus.

● SAP experience is a plus

● Project management or process transition experience is a plus

● Proficient in MS office and accounting software

● Good communication skills, English read only request

● Team-worker, Stable
