Missions:

Financial & Budget Management

1. Participate and Elaborate Financial Planning (Profit Plan)
2. Optimize and constantly Improve Planning and Controlling Process
3. Weekly Cash Forecast

Control

1. Sales & Margin & Cost control (Daily, Weekly, Monthly control boards & analysis)
2. Monthly P&L reports, control, analysis & action plan
3. Account payable & receivable; maintain on time payment & collection
4. Improve Cash-Flow and maintain weekly rolling forecast

Closing & Reporting

1. Monthly Reporting of performance information
2. Improve and find new ways to Analyze & Optimize the Company’s performance
3. Elaborate Financial Statements
4. Closing accounts, Tax Planning and Audit monitoring

Operational

• Bank management (Payment, transaction control)
• Recording and controling quotation (price, cost, margin) and purchase documents (PO, PI)
• Invoicing and recording (Fapiao) for Shanghai branch
• Daily recording document and supporting team

Strategy

• Propose & challenge Mid & Long-Term strategy definition and implementation
• Prepare and attend Board Meetings

Administrative

• Elaborate contracts with Suppliers, Clients, Third-parties
• Legal missions
• Internal procedure build-up and implementation

Other

• HR missions (Labor Contracts, Emboarding program, Salary, bonuses, commissions,…)
• IT coordination
• CEO support

Candidate Profile:

· Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance or related education.

· An experience in Auditing, Corporate Finance, or Financial Controller.

· Technical knowledge : General accounting, Financial accounting, basic knowledge in Chinese accounting or procedures is a plus.

· Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Personal qualities required: Excellent Analytical skills, rigorous & organized, proactive, hardworking, autonomous, multi tasks.

· Fluent in English is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
