职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、根据审批手续齐全的现金报销单据支付现金,并负责库存现金的保管；

2、根据审批手续齐全的用款申请单据在网上银行填制付款申请单据或者填开支票、电汇等汇款、转账凭证；

3、登记现金日记账及网银以外的银行存款日记账并及时、准确地录入ERP系统；

4、及时从网上银行下载网银明细账进行核对，并及时、准确地录入ERP系统；

5、负责应收账款的催收，应付帐款的核对；
6、凭证的整理，打印及装订；

7、部分外勤工作，如银行、税务局等；

8、完成领导交付的其他工作。

任职资格
1、会计财务等相关专业全日制专科以上学历，有会计上岗证件；
2、熟练使用财务软件和办公软件；
3、熟悉中国会计准则，了解基本银行业务及外汇管理规章；
4、有英语基础，通过英语四级；

5、熟练使用MS-office办公软件及会计电算化软件,具备基本的英语阅读能力；
6、为人正直、稳重，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的协作及团队合作精神；

7、3年以上财务经验，具备制造行业财务经验的优先考虑；

Role Description:

1. Cash and bank daily payment and receipt processing in order to maintain a good cash flow for the company
2. Review and make payment for Staff reimbursement
3. AR collection and overdue following up in order to maintain A/R efficiency and ensure timely customer service
4. Prepare cash and bank voucher monthly
5. Coordinate with other departments on identifying causes of billing issues in order to improve the billing accuracy
6. Set out the direction on addressing customer queries on billing in order to maintain timely feedback to customers
7. Ensure the billing policy is in place and customers/suppliers are in line with the company credit policy
8. Bind up vouchers monthly
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.




Key Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline, accounting certification holder is a must.
2. 3 years working experience,Strong understanding of company's financial standing
3. Good English communication skill and interpersonal skills
4. Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to details
6. Good Knowledge of ERP software is a plus.
7. Familiar with IFRS and China GAAP is preferred.
