Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure implementation of global distribution safety standard & best practice safety programs and develop local safety requirements / program to ensure regional distribution are operated safely and in compliance with objectives established 

- Ensure operational discipline is fully implemented across the regions and fleets following all applicable safety, security, engineering and operational procedure 

- Ensure quality assurance program are in place and distribution operation comply with these programs

- Develop and implement the contract carrier management requirements

Main Tasks and activities:

- Deploy Distribution Safety Programmers to strive for continuous year-on-year improvement

- Interpret global distribution safety & quality standards and local government laws and regulations

- Harmonize and develop the RGC distribution safety management requirements and procedures

- Prepare and release the distribution safety bulletin and alerts. Ensure the actions by the global and APAC distribution safety alerts are implemented

- Develop and maintain the distribution safety KPI reporting system from behavior- based safety, indicator and lagging indicators aspect

- Develop the strategy and implement plan for fleet safety technology

- Develop the annual internal distribution safety assessment plan and make it happen 

- Conduct management review the investigation report of the incidents, and lead the investigation for high severity incident if necessary

- Follow up with the implementation of corrective/preventive action 

- Establish consistent incident reporting and classification to support defined KPIs 

- Develop and implement the contract carrier management requirements 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, Chemical, Engineering, Safety, Logistics, and etc

- Over 5 years’ Experience in the road transport industry (as a management role) or chemical company (as logistics safety management)

- Over 3 years’ experience related to Dangerous Goods

- Familiar with the laws and regulations in the transport industry

- Good in English

- Computer skill
