2.  Qualification任职资格:

• College Degree or above

大专及以上学历

• Over 3-year experiences in material planning, purchasing and supplier management function.
• /span>年以上物料计划/采购/供应管理经验
• Initiative, self-disciplined, teamwork and responsibility.

主动、积极、团队合作、认真负责  

• Good negotiation & communication skills.

良好的沟通谈判技巧和良好的人际关系处理能力

• Familiar with MRP System, good skills in Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

熟悉MRP系统，熟练掌握办公软件，

• Good English both spoken and written
• 的英语听说读写能力
• Preferred in sub-contract management and electronic components management
• 外管理经验及电子料管理经验者优先

3.  Responsibilities职责：

• Purchasing Order handling (Order Creating, Receiving Date maintaining, Order delivery tracking, etc.). Need to ensure the material could meet production plan
• /委外订单的管理（订单下发，订单交期，跟踪订单等）。确保物料满足生产计划
• Inventory controlling in both Plant and Supplier side
• 管控（包含厂内库存的控制及供应商库存的监控）
• Communicate and negotiate with related department about material supplying.

及时与相关部门沟通与协调物料供应情况，

• Handle the returning or replacement of NG material

退换货的协调处理

• Handle the ECR/ECN related to supplier
• 应商相关的 ECR/ECN 的跟踪处理
• Collect, maintain and save purchasing relative documents.

相关采购文件的收集，维护和保存，

• Negotiate payment and claim. Sort out and check payment.

负责供应商对账以及付款确认

• Other tasks assigned by manger.
