Job description

· Manage Operation, Customer Service & the team across China

· Allocate free space as the control tower to organize and coordinate routing optimization, Border coordination, train consolidation

· Track special shipment status, evaluate customer services and payment performance when needed

· Support in drafting and implementing SOP for key clients

· Maintain good relationships with railway platform companies and keep updating news and policy changes

· Assist in vendor management and negotiation

· Keep communication with European offices to maintain a healthy connection

· Solve any urgent and important issues in a timely manner

· Work with sales team to provide potential volumes & clients

Office location: Shanghai (downtown)

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Logistics or related major

· More than 5-10 years’ solid working experience in rail-freight/international freight forwarding/ logistics/ carrier industry is required

· Highly motivated and proactive with good communication skills

· With good knowledge and overview for European market

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Fluent in Chinese & English, both written and spoken; other language (German or Russian is preferable) will be a plus

As a member of RZDL group FELB is specialized in transporting containers from the Far East (China, South Korea and Japan) to Russia/Europe and vice versa using the Trans-Siberian railway connection. Our clients can gain significant financial advantages from the short transit time of 12–22 days. 70% of all cargo crossing the Chinese–Russian border via Manzhouli and Zabaykalsk is transported under management from FELB.
FELB is so far the only company running China Europe transit train in daily basis, and the only one running both east bound and west train in a balanced volume.
