1. 与新项目开发部门、展会发展指导委员会的同事紧密协作，在公司管理层的指导下，充分贯彻项目战略；

Close collaboration with the division of new business development and the steering committee of exhibition development, following the guidelines from the management to implement the project strategy.

2. 制定项目工作计划和预算；

Make the project working plan and budget.

3. 根据预算建立并管理项目团队；

Establish and manage the project team according to budget.

4. 努力开发销售渠道及观众推广的合作关系，并与合作伙伴保持紧密沟通；

Develop the network of sales / visitor promotion partners. Be synchronized to communicate for the up-to-date working progress.

5. 对项目业绩指标负责；

Undertook project KPI.

6. 独立完成项目的运作，同时更注重团队合作，具有创新意识，能承受压力与挑战，勇于承担责任。

Be able to work independently while also have teamwork spirit. Be creative, stress-tolerant and brave to take care of various challenges.

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，会展、旅游、市场营销、广告传媒等相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above majoring in exhibition / event management, tourism, marketing or advertising / PR.

2. 热爱旅游、体育、健康的生活方式；性格开朗，善于与人沟通；

Being enthusiastic about tourism, sports and health lifestyle with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.

3. 优秀的英文口语和书写能力，能够顺畅与国外同事及客户沟通；

Excellent and fluent speaking and writing ability in English. Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues and clients smoothly.

4. 有展览、会议、旅游相关行业3年以上工作经验，其中1年以上项目团队管理工作经验；

3 years or above working experience of international sales with at least 1 year experience in project and team management.

5. 具有市场战略眼光及敏锐的洞察力，能善于发现行业机会，并迅速制定工作策略，有效落地执行；

Marketing-strategic vision and insight. Be good at finding opportunities and figuring out plans to make

sure the goals can be realized.

6. 熟悉社交媒体运营、数字化营销者优先考虑；

Preference for expertise in social media and digital marketing.

7. 211或985全日制大学毕业者优先考虑。

Full time university graduates of 985 and 211 are preffered.
