You will be part of a growing, international business and directly influence its development and growth by participating in the daily finance operations of Window to China.

You will work with management on a daily basis. This role is part of a small but successful company that continues to grow.

This role will suit a person who wants to help establish procedures and wants to be part of development.

You will:

• Provide support to Finance supervisor on reporting and excel input etc.
• Complete monthly/yearly financial closing work for presentation to accountants.
• Complete upload and download financial statements.
• Issue invoices to clients and suppliers.
• Review reimbursements and authorise payments.
• Complete voucher printing, sorting, stapling and filing.
• Maintain effective communication with auditors, government Bureau, tax authorities etc.
• Provide support to Finance Manager on projects.
• Assist in developing procedures and guidelines.

You have/are:

• College degree or above.
• More than 1 year professional financial experiences in multinational company.
• Good levels in English (both spoken and written).
• Good command of computer skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
• You are detailed oriented, patient and have good organization skills.
• Good knowledge of finance systems and office software and detailed reporting experience
• Team player, good communication skills.
• Interested to be part of a small and growing company.
• You are able to flexible and make quick & correct decisions when situation needs.
