Education:

University degree in Quality, Physics, Electronics, Automotive or Automation or similar fields of study.

Experience:

at least 5 years’ experience in Quality activities in automotive industry.

Skills:

 ? Good knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), IATF16949 and VDA6.3&6.5,

? Knowledge of quality tools 8D, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 5 Why , etc.

? Knowledge in Environmental Sensors and Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineer or Software preferred

? Good knowledge in project quality management.

? Experience with customer quality, customer complaint.

? Excellent knowledge of Chinese, spoken and written English and German would be an advantage.

? Excellent team player with good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.

? Good Knowledge of XLS, PPT and other Microsoft tools.

? Demonstrable ability to learn quickly

? High motivation levels, self-responsibility & be able to work independently.

? Support Management in other tasks as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Organize the problem solving for customer complaint or other NC with proper quality tools and reporting.

? Organize MRB, following up NC report, ane its closing.

? Organize internal improvement activities with regards to quality.

? Quality management on new project.

? Participate in the internal audits (system, process, product) and change management

? Support maintaining QMS to run effectively and efficiently.

? Provide training on inspection instruction and other quality related issues.

? Responsible for customer portals with regards to quality issues.

? Perform other projects and tasks as requested by management.

? Continuous Improvements, Efficient, effective reporting, drive KPI
