Roles

To develop strategies and to grow our business with our customers across mainland China. It is critical to insure Suntop Group remains an industry leader and deliver our promises to our customers. We see the Key Account Manager’s role as being significant to achieve our commercial and operation objectives.



Key activities and outcomes

? Conduct regular, scheduled meetings with key customers to identify challenges and resolve them effectively.

? Building excellent relationships and communications with customers.

? Identify new business opportunities within the key accounts

? Function as the primary conduit between your client and Suntop Group. This includes leading the communication flow between all external and internal resources.

? Work collaboratively with all support groups within Suntop Group to optimize all phases of client deliverables.

? Develop customer approaches and presentations.

? Accurately and professionally prepare customer quotations and proposals.

? Participate in A/R collection if and when necessary and appropriate.

? Be a student of retail environments by reading relevant publications and visiting stores on a very regular basis.

? Contribute to corporate initiatives when circumstances call for it.

? Continually keep up-to-date with Suntop Group’s growing portfolio of products and services so that you can effectively and professionally communicate those assets to the market.



Requirements

? Networks in the beauty industry, particularly in the cosmetic and skin-care industry

? Self-motivated with an urgency to continually generate future business.

? Proven experience in Key Account servicing and management of reputable brands.

? Strong verbal and written communications.

? Willingness and ability to function well under stressful customer circumstances.

? Ability to switch between macro and micro issues.

? Willingness to be trained on a continual basis.

? Financial literacy allowing you to understand costs and sales.

? Understanding of retail furniture design and productions (preferred)
