Your Responsibilities Include
? Responsible for solution sales to the Discrete Manufacturing Industry which includes:-
1. Industrial Machinery & Electrical
2. Hi Tech Electronics
3. Fabricated Metals
4. Project based Manufacturing
? Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions to address business pains of the above industry segments including ERP, SCM, PLM, EAM, Finance
? Develop Pipeline, qualify leads and close deals with Infor SW solutions.
? Develop Major Accounts, Target Account Plan and build strong political alignment with C-levels to result in large size deals for Infor
? Focus on communication with existing customers. Call to drive business
? Show value of Infor products and services to existing customers and find up-selling opportunity
? Deliver the promotion materials (e.g. WebEx, luncheon, product launch program) for both direct and channel customers
? Execute Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure greatest customer satisfaction; e.g. Upgrades
? Resurrect inactive accounts and maintain good relationship with customers
? Close deals on various orders. E.g. add users, add modules


Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
? 3-5 years’ experience in inside Sales, in general commercial field, especially in listed company and holding companies environment
? 3-5 years’ experience in Enterprise level application software sales
? Have strong prior experience and sales track record in the above Vertical segments in China
? Prior working experience in the ERP or other relevant industry segments in Business, Operation or IT divisions will be an advantage
? Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C level executives, as well as coordination of internal resources
? Excellent writing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in written English is a MUST
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent
? A fast learner and can work well under pressure
? A hungry for business sales attitudes
? Ability to travel extensively
