Qualifications & Experience
资格与经验
大学或以上学历。需要具有快速消费品在餐饮渠道大客户研发和管理5年以上的工作经验，有烘培渠道的优先考虑
熟悉烘焙食品原料性质及保质期测试，能够兼具艺术审美、口感与食品安全
熟悉烘焙原料市场、生产设备和工具，并有一定的成本控制意识
熟悉食品快消行业的产品发展趋势，了解食品研制开发的新工艺、技术和法律法规

The previous company was a Sino-foreign Joint Venture between Consumer Health Corporation of Novartis Switzerland and Shanghai Maling Aquarius Group founded in 1993. At the end of 2002, Associated British Foods plc acquired the shares and brands of the Consumer Health Corporation of Novartis Switzerland. December 2008, Shanghai AB Food& Beverages Limited became the sole-funded company under ABF Group with investment over 30 million dollars.
The company with more than 200 employees produces and sells the nutrition foods for children, such as Ovaltine, nutrition beverage for middle-ages and elders, such as "Fu Pai" Lacovo. "Fu Pai" Malted Milk and malt extract sells in both domestic and international industrial market. Main production facilities: The modern automatic production plant for brew house malt extract has its product line and band drier imported from Switzerland and Germany.

In year 2005, ABF strengthens the business investment in China, establishing the wholly owned “ABF Twinings Beverage (Shanghai) Ltd”, located in Jinqiao processing zone Pudong and belonging to the tea division. The main activity is blending green teas and packing Twinings tea bag, the final products are exported to overseas. Up to year 2010, the factory will house state-of-art packing machines and more that 200 staff members.
In 1706,Twinings was one of the first companies to introduce tea drinking to the British, and honored as Royal Warrant by Queen Victoria until today. Now, customers in more than 100 countries enjoy Twinings products, which include not only the traditional black teas and green teas, but also flavored black tea and herbal infusions. All of which delight the taste buds of new generations of consumers. Since 2006,Twinings launched in China and bring Chinese consumers a British enjoyment !
