Responsibility

Response for large scale SOC chip NPI development in ATE engineering area. You should have a deep understanding of ATE software and hardware development. You should responsible for IC Test spec define, SOC production bring-up, verification and characterization on ATE. Troubleshooting on different failure mode and test coverage improvement on ATE.

    

You are expected to be owner of ATE test and provide technically support to the cross functional engineering team.

     Requirement:    

2+ year experience with ATE software/hardware development on 95K, T2000 or other similar ATE platform

    

Knowledge of IC manufacture flows, wafer processing, testing and qualification.

    

Knowledge of serdes/DDR/PCIE or other high speed IP Test is plus.

    

Experience of automotive IC qualification is a big plus.

    

Good communication skill in English

    

Familiar with C language, perl, tcl, or python.

    

Work well with cross-functional teams
