招聘岗位：客服主管（1人）

岗位职责：

1、熟悉天猫、京东、唯品会等电商售前售后操作及规则，及时准确的跟踪订单；

2、负责对外包客服的产品培训、话术整理等；日常监管外包客服的人力情况

3、运用千牛等客服工具和买家进行沟通，能同时和网上多个客户进行交流，回答买家提出的问题，灵活应变，促成销售；

4、能独立处理售前，售中，售后问题，具有良好的服务意识，妥善处理各种疑难问题；

5、熟悉产品知识，关注咨询过程中的各种问题，细心有条理；

6、配合部门积极做好店铺活动和相关产品的推荐

7、及时提醒顾客并备注其特殊要求，并与发货部门及时沟通，避免发货出错；

8、处理产品中差评，针对客户常见及共性问题不断更新客服话术

9、完成公司销售业绩，对响应时间，询单转化率等指标负责；

任职要求：大专及以上

1、客服管理经验1年（带过有超5人的客服团队）；

2、对天猫京东等后台熟悉；

3、熟练使用各种办公自动化设备及办公软件和网络

4、性格开朗，有亲和力，内外部沟通能力强，协调及执行能力强，团队意识强

5、性别***

6、有洗护、婴童类目经验或英语4、6级以上优先

薪资：5K-8K

工作时间：早9:00-晚18:00 做五休二 不加班 （我司为外企）
