Summary of Job Function : 工作职责 -Manage tooling project such as schedule, quality, cost control and delivery, Analysis and solve the related technical and quality problems during manufacture process and quality control with supplier. ensure continuous operation of manufacturing; 管理整个模具项目进程包括时间、质量、价格、交货及其他方面。分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行； -Provide detailed quotes for new projects. Able to determine feasibility issues with new projects. 为新项目提供具体报价，对新项目提供可行性解决方案。 -Responsible to develop current molding and stamping tooling to meet the project and production requirements 负责开发当前的模具以满足项目和生产的需要 -Assist the management of the molding standby parts, and give related technical support. 协助模具备件的管理，并提供相关的技术支持。

Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能 -Responsible to develop current tooling to meet the project and production requirements 负责开发当前的模具以满足项目和生产的需要 -Provide detailed quotes for new projects. Able to determine feasibility issues with new projects 为新项目提供具体报价，对新项目提供可行性解决方案。 - Analysis and solve the related technical and quality problems during the manufacture process, to ensure continuous operation; 分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行； - Working out tooling milestone schedule, follow up projects from beginning to final tool debug。 跟踪整个模具项目从调试至最终成型。 - Clear all the problems that involved in the tooling process 解决模具工艺中涉及到的所有问题。 - Solve issues related to molding and stamping process 参与并解决模具工艺问题。 -Part review, feasibility evaluate & structure confirm 部件审核、可行性评估和模具结构确认。 -Continuous improvements on mold tooling, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, support mold tooling construction review 模具技术改进， 可行性评估及模具结构的确认 Implement new design improvements for Die, mold and assembly equipment. 模具设计变更实施：建议合理性模具改型。 -Coordinate between customer, internal other department and supplier 协调供应商和客户及其他各部门的沟通。 Assist the management of the modeling standby parts, and give related technical support. 协助模具备件的管理，并提供相关的技术支持。

Know-How Requirements 职位要求 -Bachelor Degree above, majoring in tooling or mechanical engineering, 10 years above in stamping problems solving. 具有模具或机械专业本科学历以上，10年以上相关工作经验，精通冲压。 -A minimum of 5 years experiences in injection stamping industry or manufacturing as tooling expert, design experience in Automotive industry is a plus 至少5年以上精密冲压行业或制造行业模具工程师或模具设计经验，汽车行业精密冲压件设计经验尤佳。 -Familiar with stamping designing and process, knowledge of stamping structure. 熟悉冲压模具设计和冲压工艺，熟悉冲压模具结构。 -Good communication skill with customer, supplier and internal department. 供应商、客户和各部门保持良好的沟通。 -Ability to work effectively in a team environment with other departments according to deadlines and under pressure filled conditions is essential 具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作 -Fluent English, professional related technical English is a must. 熟练使用英语,能用英语交流,掌握模具相关专业英语。 - Cad knowledge (AutoCAD, Solidworks)
