- To participate in cross-functional project teams, and drive further cost reductions across the supply chain;

- Responsible for prices regulations and negotiations with existing supplier;

- Responsible for supervision and evaluation of both current suppliers as well as potential new suppliers;

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationship with suppliers and respect to company’s regulation;

- Responsible for day to day problem resolution/corrective actions with suppliers as related to prices;

- To provide relevant reports timely such as cost, OTD, supplier’s performance, current approved vendor list, sourcing projects;

- Responsible for monitoring and sharing within organization prices, changes in monthly exchange rates and other commercial issues which have or may have influence on company (changes in polices influencing performance of suppliers, market trends, etc.)

- Responsible for machinery maintenance.

- Other jobs assigned by the leader.

2. Requirement:

- University bachelor degree in international trading, or supply chain, with technical knowledge.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing, be familiar with drafting and negotiating contracts;

- Good experience in managing suppliers;

- Strong English communication ability in speaking, writing and reading;

- Self-driven, result, process and teamwork oriented. Motivated to work effectively and independently;

- Good negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers;

- General knowledge of purchasing, procedures, and sourcing management philosophy;

- Good interpersonal and people skills;

- Solid computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and word.
