职位描述
1、 Job summary 职位描述
Develop and expand new customers in the assigned territory / industries,primary responsibility to reach sales target and win market shares through selling products or solutions by maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts.在指定的区域/行业中扩展新客户,通过维护现有业务并增加客户的渗透率,通过销售产品或解决方案来达到销售目标并赢得市场份额。
2、 Duties and responsibilities 职责和责任
a、Achieve and exceed an annual sales objective constantly representing sales turnover, product quantity and account receivable from assigned area.对销售指标细节化的管理,完成年度销售指标,并关注应收账款;
b、Individual sales plan preparation per quota and implementation strictly.负责销售指标细节的制定以及实现;
c、 To reach and exceed company requirement of weekly visit numbers on top of quality.对现有客户以及新客户进行有效的管理,有质量的完成公司对客户拜访的要求;
d、Understand customer needs, translate product advantages into the customer value during selling process.理解客户的需求,为客户进行产品选型以及完整解决方案;
e、Develops the new customer and sales network within assigned territory, cooperate with company channel partners whenever it is necessary.在区域内关注直接新客户的开发,配合公司渠道管理进行合作伙伴的开发;
f、Big project follow up, cooperate and collaborate cross areas / regions, with support from related industry management team.与行业部门进行跨地区大项目的配合;
g、Promotes the new products / services and explores new market as per plan, push standard product sales ratio up.针对新产品进行推广,增加标准产品的销售份额;
h、Customer / industry / market needs analysis, reports to sales manager, as well as competitor status.配合销售经理,对客户,行业和竞争对手进行有效的分析;
i、Submits records and reports on all sales activities per company policy, use SAP and project funnel proactively with high quality. 应用SAP管理系统,建立和保持客户准确信息,以及项目管理,及时以及准确完成相关的报告;
j、Provides input for the development of annual budget and sales forecast regularly.对周,季度,年度的销售预测有效进行管理;
k、As interface between the customer and the company, maintain the customer satisfaction in a high level.有效的协调客户和公司内部资源,保持客户对公司的满意度;
l、Participate training organized by company, while learn aggressively from work by self, being a sales consultant towards to customer.通过多渠道的学习掌握公司产品以及应用,并完成公司的培训,成为技术型销售;
m、Other tasks may be assigned.公司其他相关分配的任务。
3、Education background学历要求
College degree or above, major in sales and marketing, telecom engeering, mechanical / electrical design, mechanical manufacturing.大专及以上学历,市场与营销、通信工程、机电设计、机械制造专业优先;
4、Working experience工作经验
a、3 years technical sales working experience. 其中3年以上销售经验;
b、Worked for multinational company is preferred.外企工作经验优先;
c、Experience in sales of chassis cabinets, sheet metal, machining, cabling and wiring, and computer industry is desired. 有机箱机柜、钣金、机加工、配线、计算机行业销售经验者优先考虑。
5、Language and computer skills技能要求
a、 Native Chinese mandarin, fluent in English both oral & written.标准普通话,具备基本的英语听说读写能力;
b、Familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, e.g. word, excel, power point and CRM.熟悉并使用Microsoft Office,例如 word,excel,power point和CRM。
6、Other requirements其他要求
a、 Integrity, mature, team working, good interpersonal communication and presenting skill.诚实,成熟的个人品格,良好的团队合作精神,良好的沟通和表达能力;
b、customer orientated, result driven, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.以客户为导向,重视结果导向,有责任心,良好的自我激励意识;
c、Able to work under pressure.勇于承担压力;
d、Potential on leadership and people management is preferred.有良好的团队意识,以及团队管理经验;
e、Frequent business trips in responsible area is required.需要在负责地区经常出差(上海或北京)。
