 主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities: (概括关键职责、每项职责所要达成的结果/primary deliverables of roles) 

 1、Training and oversee the activities of Quality Inspectors as assigned to achieve quality objectives. 负责培训、指导车间现场IPQC进行生产巡查、工艺查证以达到质量目标；

 2、Responsibility for the process compliance audit； 负责制程合规性审核；

 3、Review of the batch related production records and quality control records, ensuring that the detailed reviews have been completed correctly and that any deviations are closed and documented appropriately. 审核批相关生产记录与QC记录。确保正确地完成全面审核，所有相关的偏差已结束并被适当地记录。 

 4、 Responsible for the relevant non-conformance, change, CAPA and complaint investigation & report, then follow up with related department. 负责相关不合格、变更、纠正预防措施、客户投诉的调查与报告；并与相关部门做沟通和跟进。 

 5、Analyze and provide recommendations of failure analysis of products returned by the customer as required.      对客户返回的产品进行失效分析并提供建议。

 6、Assist QA Assistant Manager with Quality System and Product Quality improvement. 协助QA助理经理进行质量体系和产品质量的改进。

 7、Develop, revise, and maintain Quality system documentation as necessary.       完善、修改和维护质量体系文件。

 8、Provide training on quality related topics to others in the organization； Participate in internal audit, semi-annual product traceability assessment, etc. 向质量体系相关部门提供GMP各类主题培训;参与内审、半年度产品追溯性评估等质量活动。
