 主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities: (概括关键职责、每项职责所要达成的结果/primary deliverables of roles) 

 1.      完全掌握相关质量法规、公司SOP和产品生产工艺，并能够指导和监督他人按照SOP进行操作。 Fully understand related quality regulation, company SOP and manufacturing process. To guide and supervise others to follow these SOPs.

 2.      完成生产/检验、物料存储发放环节的每日巡检，对于巡检中发生的违反SOP或质量规范的问题以及质量隐患及时向生产主管汇报，如有可能同时提出解决方案。 Finish the daily inspection for manufacturing, QC testing, material delivery etc. For the non-conforming issues and quality risk found during the inspection, report to supervisor ASAP. And raise solving protocols if possible.

 3.      审核批相关生产记录与QC记录。确保正确地完成全面审核，所有相关偏差已结束并被适当地记录。跟进产品出货计划，确保按期提供所需产品合格证。 Review of the batch related production records and quality control records, ensuring that the detailed reviews have been completed correctly and that any deviations are closed and documented appropriately. Follow up product shipment schedule and provide relevant certificates. 

 4.      Develop, revise, and maintain Quality system documentation as necessary.       完善、修改和维护质量体系文件。 5.      能独立分析遇到的问题，并能够提出相应的解决方案。 Analyze problems met in operation and put forward solving protocols.

 6.      与相关部门通力合作，确保相关措施落实到位、执行有效。 Cooperate with other departments to ensure action to be conducted and pass effectiveness check. 

 7.      协助助理经理或相关部门进行不合格以及投诉调查。 Assist QA assistant manager and related dept to finished non-conforming or complaint investigation. 

 8.   组织定期的生产部门与质量部门沟通会议。 Arrange regular meeting between production and quality team. 

 9.   完成助理经理布置的其他任务。 Undertake other task that assigned by assistant manager.
