职位描述

Principal Accountability

Assist team leader to achieve yearly budget and new business development plan for Construction, Power & Infrastructure;
Develop key account relationship and maintain the key business channels.

Key Results Area (KRA)

Assist the team to achieve or exceed the budget;
Lead and supervise to develop new pipelines and business;
Develop and maintain the relationship with the clients and generate new opportunities;
Coordinate project teams to problem solve distinctive solutions for clients;

Requirements

7+ years working experience in insurance industry
Sound knowledge in insurance products, especially familiar with major CPI products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior executives from different cultural background
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets
Chinese Insurance Broker License
Bachelor degree or above
Proficient in English and Chinese
