Responsibilities

1. Responsibility for technical requirements/change/and risk management;
2. Responsible for presenting project status with support from other technical department Engineers, especially from R&D Engineers;
3. Support the initial quotation process, organizing internal departmental resource for planning and costing;
4. Organize the kick off meeting and share all the relevant information for the project with the team;
5. Project coordination and communication to ensure the project smooth execution;
6. Create and update the resourcing planning with involved technical departments, this planning will be updated every month or according to the actual project requirement and plan;

   7. Responsible for project management including milestones in time, cost and quality;

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering with focus on power electronics and relevant Major;
2. 4-5 years working experience in a PM role, experience with full project lifecycle;
3. Automotive product such as VCU DC/DC BMS and other relevant components development\manufacture project experience will be a plus;
4. Well familiar with project planning methods and tools(excel PowerPoint Project etc), leading on project execution to satisfy schedule, cost, scope and quality;
5. Plus+: Good skills in R&D Project;
6. Good communication skills;
7. Fluent in oral and written English;

   路线2(昆山市区方向)： 科博馆-广元门诊-太湖路-木瓜路-东城大道金融大道口-浦园-蔡家-赵屯小学公交站-公司 (7:20--8:40)

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
