职位描述

职责描述：

1.对潜在的供应商进行其质量能力之现场评估, 以协同采购工程师对新供应商的开发； 

 On site assess the potential supplier quality capability to work with Sourcing Engineer to develop new supplier；

2. 负责新原材料的物料导入跟踪工作。对于汽车类项目供应商，推动和协助供应商完成PPAP流程和文档。完成NMI过程中负责的相关文档。 Track and follow up the new material introduction, drive and coordinate supplier to prepare PPAP documents according to the process. Accomplish the documents responsible by SQE.

3.推动公司供应商品质管理流程并监督执行情况。 

Push the SQM procedure and survise the rformance

4.对供应商品质改善目标负责, 对重大品质异常及顾客投诉材料问题做出追踪处理，对材料品质异常做出原因分析，并提出改进的建议；

Responsible for the goal of supplier improvement. Dealing with and follow up quality issues and customer’s complaint for component, analyze the root cause and push the quick correction of supplier if necessary；
5.完成和关键供应商议品质协议条款；
Accomplish quality agreement with key suppliers；
6.执行供应商年度审核和评估；
To audit and evaluate existing supplier quality system yearly；
7.通过培训提高内部员工及外部供应商的质量管理能力；
Training to internal team and suppliers to improve the quality management skill；

8.协调、沟通内部门和外部门，协助供应商质量经理完成供应商质量部任务。

Communicate and coordinate internal and external divisions to solve problems that affect company benefit，assist SQE manager to finish SQE department’s other works.

9.优化供应商品质沟通平台及公司内部材料品质问题处理平台；

Optimize the platform of suppliers communication and dispose of the component quality issue in company.


任职要求：

1.本科及以上。

Bachelor degree or above.

2.10年以上, PCB行业7年以上，管理相关至少3年工作经验。

10 yrs or above working experience, which 5 years in PCB industry, 3 yrs in management experience.

3. 具有工程学位，技术背景及相关经验，且有质量管理方面经验；有复杂产品及装配经验。

Diploma in engineering, technical knowledge& related experience, quality productivity or management master; and preferably experience with complex product & assembling；

5.熟悉质量体系管理、ISO9000、TS16949, 质量控制工具（例如SPC, FMEA，PPAP等）和测量技术。

6.流利的英语和办公软件用应用技能； 

Good English and computer skills；
