Lead team to handle customer complaint and complete 8D report.

领导团队完成客诉的处理，并提交8D报告。

Coordinate team to handle RMA issues and provide 8D report for major issue. 

协调团队完成RMA产品的分析处理，并提交改善报告。

Coordinate team to complete PPAP , report etc to customer.

协调团队共同完成PPAP， AAR等报告。

Lead team for continuous improvement in quality and process for major or massive issues. 

对重大及批量性质量问题，领导团队成员对质量及制程进行持续改善。

Work with team to generate FMEA.

  与团队成员共同协作，完成FMEA 的制作。

Define the Quality Inspection specification for each product.

.Maintain product quality system including releasing QWI, SOP etc .

维护产品质量系统的正常运行,包括QWI, SOP等文件的发行。

 Train inspectors about special requirement for products &  customer complaints which is related to visual inspection.

对于产品特殊要求，及客诉中关于外观检验的项目，为检验人员提供相关的培训。

Other quality task about product.

其它关于产品质量方面的工作任务。

Qualification: 

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, electrical engineering is preferable.

  工程专业本科毕业，电子工程优先。

Minimum 3 years quality experience in the field of SMT & PCBA.

  至少3年SMT & PCBA 行业的质量经验

Bachelor's degree in engineering， CET6 or similar qualifications and experience

  学士学位，CET6 或同等资历和经验

Good knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF16949 , SPC, GAGE R&R, MSA ,PPAP etc.

  

具备良好的ISO9001 & IATF16949 , SPC, GR&R, MSA ,PPAP等相关知识。

ISO/TS internal auditor is preferable.

  

具备ISO及TS内审员资格。

    

CET6 at least, Good command of both written and spoken English.

  

Strong communication & interpersonal skills & team player .

良好的沟通协调能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
